Casa Alcaravan
One-family home on a trapezoidal lot with a 12 meter frontage set in a 45 degree slope and designed with renewal energy systems around a wind tower and inner patios for optimum ventilation. It integrates all the rooms with outer spaces while maintaining complete privacy by making the windows and screens invisible behind double walls (the first project of its kind in B.C.S., subsequently imitated many times). Features minimalist furnishings, decoration, and vegetation. The harmony, simplicity, and integrity of the project was obtained with a small amount of materials requiring little maintenance: Plastered walls, vinyl paint bled in several beige tones similar to rocks in the mountain, wall covering s and floors of acid washed travertine marble, naturally varnished pine woodwork, anodized aluminum
