Casa Brisas

A beach front house located in the backyard which slopes down to the beach, below an existing house --Villa Florencia which was designed by Noldi Schreck and built by Avalos Arquitectos y Asociados, S.C. several years before. Brisas has grass covered terraces and roofs on all the levels that achieve a non intrusive and pleasant presence with no visual impact on the surrounding properties and embellishes the scenery, creating gardens which are then used for special events like weddings and corporate parties. The bedrooms are laid out in a satellite-style, half a level from each other and on both sides of the residence, all adjacent to the central spaces which are used for social activities. The palm roof palapa with its bar, just above the beach and near the infinity pool and sun decks, became from the beginning the ultimate space for gatherings. The layout of the dining room and kitchen in balcony form half a level over the large living room allows for unobstructed, spectacular views of the beach and the ocean, and affords independence to all three spaces. The pocket windows allow an interrupted flow of the indoor and outdoor space.
