Villa Madeira

A residence reminiscent of an hacienda with five spacious suites and multiple private terraces and patios situated on a difficult lot, a nearly triangular property. Its entrance is barely ten meters wide which has its narrowest angle and then fans open in a funnel-like shape towards the golf course on the opposite end. All the rooms of the house, except the main suite, are arranged along a central axis, an open, roofed walkway. There are several patios and a palm roof lanai or palapa overlooking the golf course, the ocean, and the mountains. The suites offer absolute privacy thanks to their elevated location or enclosed patios. The house features a wine cellar.
