The lineal design features generous, minimalist spaces under floating horizontal planes, respectful of and in conversation with the rock formations below. Nature is the relevant and transcendent feature.

The architectural elements adapt to the 80-meter long terrain by using inverted volume and intertwined walls placed to preserve the ocean views, while creating a welcoming, practical living space.
The construction emphasizes large windows and moving glass walls, and avoids small openings or framing that subdivides the view. The flat lines of the roof are covered in native grass or round river stones, harmoniously linking the interior with the surroundings.
The entrance choreography draws guests up a broad, pyramidal stairway, funneling them upward to an inner patio. There, the large walls create a grand, tranquil landing, which opens again to a panoramic vista over the Pacific.
This project is close to our hearts, both for the joy and challenge of designing and building it, and because of a long, special relationship with the owner.
