General Contractor

A unique aspect of our firm is that we offer both architecture and general contractor services. We provide a single source of responsibility from project conception to move-in. This allows us to achieve standards of excellence that are more difficult to realize when the architect and contractors are separate and unrelated parties.

We only engage trusted, experienced professionals who can perform the work on time, on budget, and at or above expected levels of quality. We review all contracts, including scope of work and fees. Construction includes coordination, supervision, and management of all activities related to the development of architectural projects, as well as all structural components and installations, and technical aspects of construction.

We remain highly engaged throughout the process to ensure conformity to owner-approved plans and goals.

Project Development

We define in detail and with precision all the functional and formal aspects of the preliminary design with specific technical and budget solutions, the final construction plans and designs, and also anticipate any required future plans. Our project development work will consider all relevant federal, state and municipal codes as well as local community restrictions. Project development may also include the different engineering services our team provides: structural and civil engineering; electrical and lighting; plumbing; air conditioning and propane installations; video, sound, and data.

Management & Supervision

We offer comprehensive property management services in Los Cabos to maintain your estate in perfect condition.
